I'm Carol Tiernan, a marketing executive, systems builder, and strategic operator with over thirty years of experience transforming ambiguity into structure and complexity into growth. My journey began in a New Jersey print shop, running phototypesetting machines and producing mechanicals. It was there I fell in love with the tangible process of bringing ideas to life. This hands-on experience led me to pursue a BA in Mass Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Advertising Art at Seton Hall University. I became fascinated by how design and messaging, when paired with the right systems, can deliver real, measurable impact.

This blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and execution under pressure became my throughline. I've helped cybersecurity companies reposition during aggressive acquisition streaks, built demand engines in highly regulated education markets, redefined messaging in a crowded fintech environment, and rebuilt entire marketing functions amidst a pandemic. I don't wait for clarity. I build the systems that make clarity possible.

I've operated within public companies, PE-backed rollups, scrappy startups, nonprofits, and founder-led teams poised to scale but lacking the necessary foundation. The common thread?
